Eligibility for Refunds
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@nozelle.site with your order number and reason
- Ship item to our return address (provided upon request)
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
