Eligibility for Refunds

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@nozelle.site with your order number and reason
  2. Ship item to our return address (provided upon request)
  3. Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
